The 3lb designation is for dough weight, not net wt. Sliced breads are individually wrapped in in plastic and labeled only with a label that shows the product's name and company name. Unsliced, whole products are packed in a brown paper bag and are generally not labeled. The brown paper bags containing product may also be wrapped with a larger unlabeled plastic bag.
